Six-year-old Jordan Lee Nickerson, who has leukemia, had a much-needed weekend full of smiles after a lifetime of medical woes.

First, Spider-Man visited him at Boston Children’s Hospital. Then, his favorite singer Taylor Swift surprised him with a visit.

The pop star and the boy bonded over Spider-Man before they jumped into an adorable sing-a-long of “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.”

Watch the video here, on Jordan’s Facebook page.

“I love singing songs for people, but I want to sing a song for you more than all the other people,” Swift, 24, says in the clip before grabbing her guitar.
