The Alzheimer’s Association

http://www.alz.org/ Founded in 1980, the Alzheimer’s Association is an American organization that works globally, nationally and locally to provide support – such as the professionally staffed 24/7 helpline (1-800-272-3900), more than 4,500 local support groups, caregiver information, clinical trial information and safety services.

Notably, the Alzheimer’s Association holds the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
