National Alzheimer’s Plan
The National Alzheimer’s Project: From Act to Action is an effort to implement the National Alzheimer’s Project Act (NAPA). With information those with Alzheimer’s and their caregivers, (which was shared with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services), a strategy across America was formed to create a plan of action to end Alzheimer’s disease.
AFA Teens
An organization connected to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America that hopes to engage teens and raise Alzheimer’s awareness in youth. The program offers many chapters across the U.S and an Alzheimer’s awareness scholarship.
The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s

An annual walk hosted in more than 650 communities across America to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s.
The Hampden Good Neighbor Program
An American initiative that speeds up the process of finding an individual with Alzheimer’s or dementia by providing a Good Neighbor representative with identification and information about the individual should they go missing and not know how to return home.
The Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative
An initiative based in California that advocates for the use of biomarkers including blood tests, tests of cerebrospinal fluid, and MRI/ PET imaging for Alzheimer’s disease (AD) clinical trials and diagnosis.
